Motherhood
Half of me,
Wish them out;
The other half,
Wants them in!
Tired, loved,
Battered, pampered;
Denied, hugged,
The school of patience!
Bountiful Joy!
Yet overwhelmed;
Lots of work,
Lot of talks, lot of,
No’s and arguments;
Heart beating, for them,
In accord to their rhythm;
An emotional roller coaster:
And that’s what it is -
A mother hood!
