The Mother Eagle
The mother Eagle,
With young ones to cheer;
Soars up high,
Up the sky with fear.
Fear of not, the towering heights;
But of the danger:
Her chicks might betide!
Flying alone in the vast blue sky,
Void of company she rightly desires;
Circling and circling with empty thoughts,
Just to fend for her own young tots.
Gliding smooth or,
Flapping hard;
She is ambitious, anxious;
Full of fear; And Void!
